Another Shelf Life is finally complete. My goal, as you know, is to get to the halfway point before the baby arrives, and I'm almost there. With the due date in just five days, however, it may be pushing it, but then again, the baby could be late, so who knows. At any rate, regardless of whether it's before or after, I expect that I will take a little break after I finish #25, both to recharge my own batteries and to give myself a few months to adjust to the new baby. I might end doing #26 before taking a hiatus, however, just to finish up "Human Diastrophism," but we'll see how it goes.

A Subway Driver's Lament

Here's another poem, called A Subway Driver's Lament, at Literary Escorts. This one is kind of a micro-story, which just so happens to be very timely given the chaos that ensued in the NYC Transit system a couple days ago. This one also features a great illustration by Leontine Greenberg.
